The REALTOR® Benefit program is a unique benefit offered to Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie which provides access to reputable and professional REALTORS® at a pre-negotiated, reduced rate.
A select group of experienced, professional and locally based REALTORS® are on stand by to assist you. All REALTORS® in the program are hand selected. You will be working with one of the absolute best agents in your city.
The Benefits
How it Works
Listing Fees – When selling your home with a REALTOR®, the seller customarily pays 6% in real estate commissions. This 6% is split evenly between the sellers agent and the buyers agent at 3% each. When selling a home and using this benefit, you are eligible for a 15% discount on the listing side fees. The discounted rate yields a listing agent fee of 2.55%, rather than customary 3%. You are still responsible for the customary buyer agent fee of 3%. Leases are not applicable.
1 Year Free Home Warranty – When purchasing a home, a standard home warranty will be provided to you to ensure you trouble free first year of home ownership. A Home Warranty is an optional insurance plan that covers the majority of your home in case of failure or breakdown of major components.
REALTOR® Rebate – When purchasing a home, you will receive a credit in the amount of 10% of the commissions being collected by your REALTOR®. Home buyers working with a REALTOR® do not pay for REALTOR® services, as REALTORS® are compensated by home sellers. Customary commissions for your REALTOR® to earn can vary dependent on current and local market conditions, but is most typically 3% of the purchase price of the home. 10% of your REALTOR® commissions will be credited towards yours costs associated with purchasing a home, such as loan fees and title/escrow fees. Credits can NOT be issued or paid to you outside of the transaction.
