Open Listing
This option allows the owner to sell their house to a buyer directly and pay ZERO commissions or fees. We are only paid if we procure a buyer as in any traditional listing. All the benefits of a traditional listing, while maintaining the right for the owner to sell on their own directly to a buyer.

30 Day Listing
This Listing Plan allows the owner to cancel the listing agreement after 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the listing, cancel with no questions asked after the initial 30 day period.

We were lucky enough to meet Jon at an open house when we were “window shopping” for a new house to down-size into in the Arcadia area of Phoenix and were impressed with his knowledge of the area. While comfortable that Jon knew the central Phoenix area, we were initially looking for someone different to help sell our house in the Ahwatukee-Foothills area, but in subsequent discussions with Jon about the A-F area we felt he was the best choice for us in both selling our current house and finding a new one that met our long-term goals. Jon listened to us the entire way, on both the selling and buying ends and was patient with the changes (and emotions) that inevitably occur along the way. I don’t plan to ever move again, but if I do I’ll be calling Jon first!
This was home purchase #3 for me, but my first property in Phoenix. It was by far the smoothest transaction to date. Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. He was able to pick up on my likes and dislikes early on in the home search, so we were able to narrow down a few great options to choose from rather quickly. I thought I was sold on the Arcadia neighborhood, but he thought for the lot that I wanted I should take a look at north central Phoenix as well. Well, he was right and that’s where I bought. Hands down he will be the first call I make if I decide to move again.
