Are there any hidden fees or catches?
No. You are still responsible for standard closing costs, such as title, escrow, and possibly a buyers agent commission. My listing fee is 100% waived when you complete your next home purchase through me allowing you to put more equity towards your next home purchase.
What if I decide not to buy a new home after listing mine?
If you choose not to buy another home, you can still list your current property with me and standard listing fees apply. The free sale offer only applies when you complete a home purchase through me.
Do I get the same level of service as a regular listing?
Absolutely. You’ll get full-service marketing and representation, including professional photos, pricing strategy, open houses, online exposure, and contract negotiation. There’s no downgrade in quality or effort.
Does my property qualify?
There is no minimum price for the property you are selling. Property to be purchased must be a minimum of $400k to be eligible. Selling and Buying properties must both be in the greater Phoenix area – single family homes, condos and townhomes are eligible.
