The top ten list is in! Take a look at 2015’s most expensive homes sold in the Phoenix metro market.  It’s no surprise all top 10 finishers were in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. This year, 3 homes in the top ten list were sold in the exclusive Silverleaf development in North Scottsdale.  5 of the 10 homes were in Paradise Valley.  The top 10 properties this year range from around 4,000 sq. ft to over 22,000!  Moderns, Spanish and European style homes all make an appearance in this years list.

What we learn from this years list is, if you can dream it, it can be built.  Movie theaters, gyms, 12 car garages, butlers quarters, lazy rivers, horse stables and arenas, let’s take a look at the most expensive properties of 2015!
